Growing up, Abdias Murguia developed an early appreciation for real estate through his family's background in developing and investing in raw land. From a young age, he learned that real estate is about more than buying and selling property—it's about vision, stewardship, and creating meaningful opportunities for families and communities. Combining that lifelong familiarity with the industry and a genuine passion for helping others, Abdias chose to pursue a career where he could guide clients through some of life's most important decisions with care, honesty, and purpose.

Having called Terrell home since 2007, Abdias values the peace, connection, and strong sense of community that country living provides and enjoys helping others find a place they can truly call home. With nearly two decades of living in Kaufman County and the greater DFW area, he has developed a deep familiarity with the communities, neighborhoods, and growth corridors that continue to shape the metroplex today.

Outside of real estate, Abdias enjoys spending time outdoors, woodworking, relaxing around a fire pit, and volunteering alongside his wife through their congregation to support those in need. His servant-hearted mindset carries into every aspect of his life and business, where helping others remains at the center of all he does.
